To use as a cold wrap: Soak in water for 30 minutes, then store in refrigerator or freezer. Freezing makes it extra cool but you will want to set it out of freezer for about 30-60 minutes before use.
To use a warm wrap: Soak for 30 seconds, place in the microwave for 30 seconds. If you need more time, do a second 30 seconds. Do not put in for more than 30-second increments at a time. Time may vary depending on the wattage of microwave.
